Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Tinker today. As you can see below, I had booked a return trip with Tinker. The trip to the airport went smoothly, but on the way back there was no driver waiting for me and my family, although I did receive a text message at 14:08 saying that our driver should be waiting for us (and otherwise he/she should arrive in 5-10 minutes). The flight arrived at 14:05 and since we had only hand luggage with us, we were at the arrivals hall shortly afterwards (around 14:15). We waited for the driver, as instructed by the text message, but since no driver showed up, I tried to call the customer service number that is provided in the text message: +31-20-2900053, only to hear back that this number is not in service! I also called the service number on the ticket (20-2900050), but I could not reach anyone there either (that alone is also very disturbing). At 14:33 I called the mobile number +31-6-27856194 from which I had received the text message. The person on the phone told me she would call me back, but she did not. Then I called her again at 14:44 and told her my situation again. Five minutes later I was called back by -presumably- my driver, who told me that he would be at the airport in 10-15 minutes. I was already waiting for about forty minutes by then, so I told him that I did not want to wait 15 minutes more and ended up taking a taxi. My receipt is attached to this mail. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with Tinker, but the least I expect is a reimbursement. My IBAN number is XXXX.
