Really bad taxi organisation. I made a reservation 2 days before my taxi ride to the airport Rotterdam. At the ordered time it did not show up - so i had to call again, it came then, 30min later as i needed it (i made it into my plane - but it was tight). The Taxi driver explained me my reservation was lost..... That should not happen if a taxi company calls themselves an airport shuttle!!!
